The Six Secrets of Change

  • Keynote Presenter: Michael Fullan, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto

This session will focus on the six secrets of change derived from the successful work we have been doing to achieve large-scale reform in whole systems. The secrets link schools and districts and also connect to the policy context. Further, the secrets are tested against the best of the business literature. Action implications will be derived for school, district, and policy leaders.
