Online Registration for the 2008 OSEP Project Directors' Conference is Now Closed

The Conference will be held on Monday, July 21 – Wednesday, July 23, 2008, at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in downtown Washington, DC (2660 Woodley Road NW, Washington, DC 20008). Visit the Lodging and Travel web pages for more information about logistics.

Onsite Registration

After the June 13 cut-off date for registration, attendees are asked to register on-site at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel on Sunday evening, July 20, or Monday morning, July 21. Please note that all late and on-site registrations will incur an additional $50 late fee.

The onsite registration fees for the 2008 conference will be:

• $400 - OSEP grantees including Personnel Preparation, Research and Innovation, Technical Assistance and Dissemination, and Technology and Media Project Directors
• $450 - Comprehensive System of Personnel Development (CSPD) Coordinators and State Personnel Development Grant Project Directors
• $500 - All other attendees

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only), checks, and purchase orders (POs). If you are paying by check, please make it payable to American Institutes for Research and reference the 2008 OSEP Project Directors’ Conference in the memo field of the check. If you are paying by PO, please make it payable to American Institutes for Research and include the following information on the PO: each attendee’s name, the name of the conference (2008 OSEP Project Directors’ Conference), the dates of the conference (July 21-23, 2008), and the registration amount.

Late Registration and Refunds

Due to contractual obligations, we will be unable to provide refunds for cancellations received later than June 13, 2008.
